AFTER REMAND FROM THE ALABAMA SUPREME COURT
McMILLAN, Judge.

On remand from the Alabama Supreme Court, and considerin Harris v. Reed, 489 U.S. 255, 109 S.Ct. 1038, 103 L.Ed.2d 308
(1989), this cause is due to be affirmed because the appellant’s Rule 20 petition is procedurally barred under Temporary Rule 20.2(c), Alabama Rules of Criminal Procedure.

AFFIRMED.

All Judges concur.
