COBB, Judge.

On the authority of Cobb v. State, 703 So.2d 871 (Ala. 1996), the judgment is affirmed in part and reversed in part, and the case is remanded to the circuit court with instructions to enter a judgment of conviction for assault in the second degree of Wanda Fassett and to sentence Donald Lee Cobb accordingly for that conviction.

AFFIRMED IN PART, REVERSED IN PART, AND REMANDED.[*]
