PER CURIAM.

Petition of Frank S. White Sons for mandamus to Hon. E. J. Garrison, as judge of the Eighteenth judicial circuit, requiring him to show cause why he should not vacate and annul an order requiring petitioner to immediately return certain bills of exception, and directing the said judge to stay further proceedings pending the final disposition of this petition. Rule nisi denied.
